I am moving to a new home. How do I end my contract?

If you are moving home or wish to end your contract with us, you must give us 28 days notice by either writing to us or by calling us.

When you are moving please provide us with a final meter reading and a forwarding address for your final bill. If you cannot provide us with the name of the incoming customer then you will have to grant us access to disconnect the meter. The charge for this is €99.88 inc VAT.

You remain liable for electricity consumed at the premises until you provide notice to us to cancel your electricity supply contract and provide us with details of the incoming customer or grant us access to the premises to disconnect the meter.
