All under one login

We listen to Irish businesses. One of the things our business customers have let us know is that requiring more than one login for their online gas and electricity accounts could be more efficient. That’s why we’re bringing all your accounts under one single login.

For existing customers, when you log in for the first time, there are a 2 simple steps that we will need you to complete before you can access your accounts online.

1. Confirm that you understand that the accounts listed will all be available under a single login in the future.

Don't worry we aren't making any changes to your accounts in the background, this is only for your viewing online.

2. Update your username and your password.

Update login

It's up to you which email you would like to use, you can change it if you like.

Once you have completed these 2 steps you will be brought to your new MyBGE dashboard.


As you're already familiar with our online services, there's no need to worry - we haven't changed things too much! The new dashboard, shows you each of your accounts in the one place and allows you to access your existing gas and electricity accounts more easily in the future.

Within your Profile you can keep your contact details up to date, change your password and choose the way we communicate with you for marketing purposes.

Being asked to contact the call centre?

A small number of our customers will be prompted to contact the call centre, we just want to verify one or two things with you before you access you accounts. This should only take a couple of minutes and you'll only need to call us once.
