I'm not happy with the way my complaint was resolved, what can I do?
We always aim to resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently. However, if you've been through our full complaints procedure and you feel your complaint still hasn't been resolved, you can escalate to the Commission for Energy Regulation, which has responsibility for overseeing the regulation of Ireland's electricity and gas sectors.
