Can I sign up to a new contract online?

You can sign up to a new contract via your online account, from 45 days before your contract ends. 

If you're an existing customer, it's easy to sign up to a new contract online.  

Follow the below steps: 

1. Sign in to your online account

2. On your account list, you'll see the account(s) that have a contract end date within the next 45 days. A notification will display beneath the relevant account(s), advising you of your contract end date.

3. Click View new plan.

4. This link will bring you directly to the offer available, where you can read more about it. Click the green Sign Up button.

5. Confirm your payment details and agree to the offer terms and conditions. Click Submit. 

6. You'll then receive a confirmation message on screen to confirm that you've signed up to a new contract.  

If you're signed up for paperless billing and have consented to marketing, we'll contact you by email 45 days before your contract ends to remind you that your contract is ending, and the options available to you.  

To receive this email, make sure your marketing preferences are switched on. You can check this in the ‘Profile’ section of your online account.   

Please note, you can view your contract end date at any time by checking your latest bill. You'll see your contract end date in the top-right corner, underneath your account number and plan name.
