Can I sign up to a new contract online?

Existing customers can sign up to a new contract via your online account, from 45 days before your contract ends. 

To sign up for a new contract online, follow the steps:

  1. Sign in to your online account. Don’t have an account? You can register now.
  2. On the ‘My accounts’ page, you’ll see any account with a contract ending in the next 45 days.
    A notification will appear beneath the relevant account(s).
     
  3. Click the notification to view the available offer.
  4. Click ‘Switch now’ button.
     
  5. Confirm your payment details and agree to the offer terms and conditions.
  6. Click Submit to complete your renewal.

Once completed, a confirmation message will appear on screen to let you know you’ve successfully signed up to a new contract.

Please note:

  • New customers can sign up through the Browse our plans page.
  • If you have paperless billing and have consented to marketing, we’ll email you 45 days before your contract end date with your renewal options.
  • To receive this reminder, please ensure your marketing preferences are switched on in the ‘Profile’ section of your online account.
  • You can also view your contract end date at any time on your latest bill. It appears in the top-right corner, beneath your account number and plan name.

Level Pay customers

  • If you are on Level Pay and you move to a smart plan, Level Pay will stop.
  • If you renew and stay on a non-smart plan, your Level Pay will continue.
