How do I cancel a scheduled payment?
You can cancel a scheduled payment on your online account.
To cancel a scheduled payment, follow the below steps:
- Sign in to your online account.
- Select the account you wish to cancel the scheduled payment on (gas or electricity).
- From the main account dashboard, go to the Payment Options tab.
- Select the ‘Scheduled card payment’ option.
- Here you’ll see the details of your scheduled payment. To cancel, click ‘Cancel’.
You can set up a new scheduled payment at any time.
