What do I need to know on the day of the appointment?

Before our Service Engineer visits your home, they may call you to give you an estimated time of arrival. There are a few important things to remember:

  • There must be an adult (18+) present for the appointment.
  • If our Service Engineer is unable to access the property, we may apply a non-access charge of €30 to your Services account. 
  • For some older or more complex boilers, the Service Engineer may need additional time or parts beyond the 45 minutes allocated. If so, they will advise if any additional charges apply.
  • If the appointment you have booked is a 365 Boiler Care service and cover, the Service Engineer will first assess whether the boiler is suitable for the plan and its cover.
