Do I need to contact my current supplier before switching?  

You usually don’t need to contact your current supplier to move to Bord Gáis Energy. If you're out of contract, you can switch at any time and there's no advance notice required.  

However, if you’re still in contract with your current supplier, we advise contacting them to let them know you’re switching.  

You can view and compare our plans or you can find a plan matched to your needs using our Find a Plan tool. Select the plan of your choice, complete our simple online sign-up form, and we'll take care of everything else for you.
