How do I pay my bill online?

To pay you bill online follow the steps:

1. Sign in to your online account. Don’t have an account? You can register now.
2. On 'My accounts' page select the account you want to pay your bill.
3. Click on 'Payments' tab.
   
4. Select 'Quick payment' option.  
5. Enter the amount you wish to pay, then select 'Continue with payment'.You'll then be redirected to Realex Payments, who operate a secure payment service on behalf of Bord Gáis Energy.
    
6. Enter your card details. You can pay online using a debit or credit card. Complete all the payment details and be patient while this secure connection loads in your browser. You may be asked to verify the payment with your bank.
     
7. You'll receive confirmation on-screen to confirm that your payment has been successful.
    
   

Please note:

Online payments can take up to one working day to process.
You can also set up a direct debit or a scheduled payment in the 'Payments' tab on your online account.
If you don’t have an online account, use our Pay Now option which allows you to make a payment instantly without signing in.
