I can't see the pilot light in my gas boiler, what should I do?

If you’re usually able to see a pilot light in your gas boiler but it’s gone out, it can be re-lit by following the instructions in the manufacturer’s user manual. If this doesn’t work, you’ll need a repair visit from one of our qualified Service engineers.
