How do I find out when my next bill is due?
You can find out when your next bill is due on your online account.
You can find your bill due date on your bill.
It is displayed in the blue box on the right-hand side of your bill.
Please note:
- If the date shown is in the future and you haven't yet received your bill, this is normal.
- It usually means we are still waiting for a meter read from ESB Networks (electricity) or Gas Networks Ireland(gas), who own, read and maintain all meters in Ireland.
- Your account has already entered a billing cycle, but the bill may take up to 10 days to issue once the read is received.
- If you've just signed up, it may take some time for us to set up your account, and for your first bill to be issued. New customers should receive their first bill within 60 days of signing up.
- For more information, see Why haven't I received my bill?
