When is the price increase effective?
The increase to electricity and gas prices is effective from 9 October 2026.
The increase to unit rates and standing charges is effective from 9 October 2026. Click here to view the updated unit rates and tariffs. If you're receiving a contract discount, that percentage won't change for the duration of your contract.
