How can I check what price plan I am on?
To check what price plan or tariff you’re on, check your latest bill.
You can see what plan you’re on in the top-right corner of your bill, underneath your account number.

- If you've just joined or changed plan and haven't received a bill yet, you can find the name of your plan on your order confirmation email.
