How do I verify I am on the correct discount?
You can verify that you're on the correct discount by checking the discount listed on your bill.
Here are a couple of things you can check to ensure you’re currently receiving the correct discount.
- If you've recently signed up to us or have updated your existing plan, you can check your welcome letter or email to confirm the discount you signed up for is reflected on your bill.
- To see if the discounts are reflected on your bill, see the example below*, which shows a 10% discount. Your discount may be itemised or displayed as one single discount. You'll also see when your current discount is ending, if applicable.

- If you've just joined or changed plan and haven't received a bill yet, you can find the name of your plan on your order confirmation email.
