How do I change or update my direct debit?

 You can update your direct debit details on your online account by following the steps below.

To change or update your direct debit follow the steps:

  1. Sign in to your online account. Don’t have an account? You can register now.
  2. On 'My accounts' page, select the account you want to set up direct debit for.
  3. Click on the 'Payments' tab. 
  4. Select the 'Direct Debit' option. 
  5. Click the ‘Edit' button, beside your IBAN number.
     
  6. Enter your account name and IBAN details into the required fields*.  
  7. Please read the agreement and all other information and tick the relevant boxes to continue.  
  8. Once this has been completed, you can click the ‘Sign up for Direct Debit’ button in the bottom right-hand corner.
     
 
Please note:
  • You can add or update your direct debit details online if you have an Irish bank account or a Revolut bank account. If you have a non-Irish bank account, pleasecontact usto add or update your details.
  • If you wish to cancel your direct debit and switch to a different payment method, please contact us. 
  • If you're on a smart half-hourly plan and pay monthly, you can select which day of the month you get billed when you sign up. Your direct debit will be taken two weeks after this date. If you want to change your bill date, contact us.
  • If you're a Level Pay customer and want to change your monthly payment date, contact us.
  • If you pay by direct debit but wish to make smaller, additional payments in advance of your bill, you can set up scheduled payments. This money will accumulate in your account and will be used towards your next bill. You can set up a scheduled payment on your online. account.
