Can you give me more information about my appointment?

We must operate an appointment system to ensure the smooth running of our services. Unfortunately, we cannot give specific appointment times. The Service Engineer will call to the property at any time during the appointment period agreed, however they will ensure to phone you before the visit to give an estimated time of arrival.

It's important that access to the property is available for the duration of the appointment if required. 

If there is no access when we call, we will wait for 15 minutes. If after this we still have not gained access then we will leave a card indicating the time we called and left, and what number you should call for a new appointment.

All our Service Engineers carry an identification badge with the company logo on it. If you are still in any doubt please call us on 01 611 01 01 and we will verify the name of the person calling out to you.

To view any upcoming appointment date and time information that you have booked, sign in to your online account. You'll also have the option in your online account to reschedule your appointment if needed. This can be done once your appointment is not at a status of 'dispatched' and/or you are doing so 24 hours before the service engineer is due to visit.
