We are delighted to now be able to offer an online top-up facility for our Electricity Pay As You Go meter customers. This service will be supported by our payment provider Payzone.
To make a top-up simply go to this page.
Firstly register your details so it is quicker and easier for you the next time you would like to make a top-up. Once you have registered, you can then choose the amount of which you would like to top-up by. You will also see the option to create a scheduled top-up amount if you choose to do so, where you can select the frequency and a top-up amount that suits you.
When your transaction has successfully completed, you will receive a 20 digit Power Code by email to enter manually into your meter.
To do this, simply following these steps:
- Press the * button on the keypad, the message KEYCODE will be displayed
- Enter the 20 digit Power Code shown on your email receipt
Please note: Your digit Power Code may change in length to 40 digits or 60 digits if a price change has occurred.
- If you enter any of the numbers incorrectly you can erase it by pressing the * button
- When you have entered all the numbers press the # button
