Heat Pump Service from €249
A Heat Pump service is recommended by your manufacturer and ensures your Heat Pump is in tip-top shape for the year ahead. Failure to service your Heat Pump annually may invalidate your manufacturer’s warranty. Our accredited engineer will inspect, test and service your Heat Pump.
What’s included:
- A Heat Pump service with an accredited engineer
- A full suite of tests and checks in line with manufacturer’s instructions
- €249 payment covers the first two (2) hours of labour.

Safety Check
Popular with landlords to ensure and verify that the rental property is safe for tenants.
We’ll check:
- Your gas installation and connected gas appliances to ensure national standard compliance
- The location and effectiveness of all appliances for safe and continued operation
- The adequacy of fixed air supply and effectiveness of any flue or chimney for safe and continued operation
A Safety Check is €90 and covers the first 30 minutes of an engineer’s time on site. An additional charge of €25/15 minutes will be applied thereafter.

The best way to keep your appliances ticking over is to service them regularly. We make the process easy and stress-free. We have a variety of boiler care plans ranging from a standalone boiler service to a comprehensive package offering a boiler service, priority breakdown assistance and 12-month cover for labour and parts.
What's included with our boiler service
Our comprehensive boiler service is carried out to the highest standards, using 19 separate checks to ensure your boiler is running safely and efficiently. Most importantly, we test your flue and ventilation to make sure your appliance isn't leaking carbon monoxide, check your gas pressure and temperature controls and inspect your appliance for any faults or leaks. You'll even get a copy of our RGII conformance certificate when we're done. With our team of professional service engineers, you can rest assured your boiler is in safe hands.
Boiler service with 19 separate checks and tests
With our team of professional service engineers, you can rest assured your boiler is in safe hands.
1. Check the location of the appliance, its condition and electrical controls
2. Inspect flue thoroughly
3. Check ventilation meets legal requirements
4. Conduct electrical safety tests
5. Check accessibility, functionality and condition of isolating valves
6. Inspect/clean fan unit and evaluate performance and functionality
7. Inspect/clean heat exchanger as per manufacturer’s instructions
8. Inspect/clean/adjust main and pilot burners and injectors
9. Check/clean/adjust ignition and ionisation electrodes
10. Check flame picture
11. Check temperature control
12. Check operation of boiler safety devices
13. Check appliance gas rating
14. Conduct burner pressure tests
15. Sample air intake analysis
16. Sample flue gas analysis to ensure safe operation
17. Conduct appliance gas safety tests
18. Adjustment time and temperature controls as required
19. Complete RGII appliance conformance certificate and leave copy with customer
