Do I need to call before I move out if I have a Smart meter?

If you have chosen our Standard Smart tariff, we can only close your account from the day you are due to move out of the property. If you contact us before then, we will need you to contact us back on the day of move out.
If you have chosen either our Live Smart tariff or Bespoke Smart tariff, we can take your move out request in advance of the move out date. If we do this, we will use your consumption data provided to us by ESB Networks up until the move out date, in order to generate your final bill.
