I am unable to register, what should I do?

If you're unable to register your account, please review all the information inputted on the registration form, making sure the account number and account name are exactly as they are on your bill. QH (Quarter hourly) customers will need to be registered by our Business Direct Team.

If you've reviewed these and still can't register, please contact our Business Direct Team. Please have your account number, account name and GPRN/MPRN ready and we'll help you register your account. You can find this information at the top of your bill.
