Can I withdraw my request for a smart meter?

If you change your mind about a smart meter installation, you can contact us on 01 611 01 52 to cancel your request. We’ll remove your consent to be switched to a smart tariff and advise ESB Networks. ESB Networks have advised that this can only be done up to the point of meter exchange.
