If you sign up for direct debit when opening your account, we don't require a security deposit. If you sign up for another payment method, a €200 security deposit will apply. This deposit is automatically applied to your account and will appear on your first bill.
Security deposits will be repaid when you close your account, provided you have paid all sums due, or provided you have satisfied our payment terms on a continuous 12 month period, whichever is the earliest. Bills must be paid within 14 days of the date shown on your bill.
Please note: if the direct debit subsequently fails or is cancelled, a deposit of €200 may apply.
