How do I pay my bill online?

Paying your bills through your online account is easy and secure. Sign in to your online account, select the account and follow the steps below.  

1. From your main account dashboard, go to the 'Payment Options' tab that appears underneath your account information.
2. Select the 'Quick payment' option.
3. Enter the amount you wish to pay, then select 'Continue with payment'. You'll then be redirected to Realex Payments, who operate a secure payment service on behalf of Bord Gáis Energy.
4. Enter your card details. You can pay online using a debit or credit card. Complete all the payment details and be patient while this secure connection loads in your browser. You'll receive confirmation on-screen to confirm that your payment has been successful.

Please note that payments can take up to 3 working days to process.
