I'm coming to the end of my contract. Can I sign up to a new contract online?

Yes - if you're an existing customer, it's easy to sign up to a new contract online. You can sign up to a new contract via your online account, from 45 days before your contract ends. 

Follow the below steps:

  • Sign in to your online account. (If you don't have an account, you can register here.)
  • On your account list, you'll see the account(s) that have a contract end date within the next 45 days. A banner will display beneath the relevant account(s), advising of your contract end date. 
  • Click 'View new plan'. 
  • This link will bring you directly to the offer available, where you can read more about it. Click the green 'Sign Up' button.
  • Confirm your payment details and agree to the offer terms and conditions. Click 'Submit'. 
  • You'll then receive a confirmation message on screen to confirm that you've signed up. 

If you're signed up for paperless billing, we'll contact you by email 45 days before your contract ends to remind you that your contract is ending, and your options going forward. 

Please note you can view your contract end date at any time by checking your latest bill. You'll see your contract end date in the top-right corner, underneath your account number and plan name. This applies to all bills issued from 20 June 2023.
