Why is my smart daily usage graph in my online account displaying the message 'No data yet to display'?

Keep reading to find out why your smart usage data may be missing from your online account.  

Today's data not showing 

As we only receive your read data from ESB Networks every 24 hours, your graph will automatically default to yesterday’s date, where you'll see the most recent usage we have for you.

Previous day(s) not showing 

If you've just switched to a smart plan, it can take up to two weeks for your initial read data to be sent across from ESB Networks. After this, we'll receive the read data daily. If you can't see data that should be available to you, please Contact us
