At Bord Gáis Energy we want to reward our loyal customers.
That’s why we have created a new Loyalty Tariff for both electricity and gas customers.
Our long term customers can avail of a reduced unit rate with the new Your Loyalty Plan (if you’ve not signed up to another offer). We will contact you by email if you are eligible. Just make sure we have your up to date email address and have consented to emails like this if you want to be contacted about the Loyalty Plan.

Who is eligible for Your Loyalty Plan Tariff?
You must be an existing Bord Gáis Energy residential electricity or gas customers who has been with us for long time to be eligible for Your Loyalty Plan Tariff. To understand more about Your Loyalty Plan Tariff eligibility please see the Terms and Conditions
How can I apply for the Your Loyalty Plan Tariff?
If you are eligible for the Your Loyalty Plan Tariff, you will receive an email giving you the opportunity to sign up. This offer comes with a 12 month fixed term contract, however, you can continue to enjoy the loyalty tariff unit rates every year.
Near the end of your 12 month fixed term contract, we will contact you to remind you that you are coming to the end of your contract. You will stay on the Your Loyalty Tariff but you may lose any discounts (if applicable) after the end of your contract.
Simply follow the directions in the email you receive from Bord Gáis Energy to activate Your Loyalty Plan Tariff and start saving.

You can update your account contact details, with your email address, by logging in or registering for an online account.Sign in or Register
It may take up to more than 7 days to apply this new tariff, but the effective date will be the date you have signed up for it.
