At Bord Gáis Energy we want to reward our loyal customers.
That’s why we have created a new Loyalty Tariff for both electricity and gas customers.
Our long-term customers can avail of a reduced unit rate with the new Your Loyalty Plan (if you’ve not signed up to another offer). We will contact you by email if you are eligible. Just make sure we have your up-to-date email address and have consented to emails like this if you want to be contacted about the Loyalty Plan.

Who is eligible for Your Loyalty Plan Tariff?
You must be an existing Bord Gáis Energy residential electricity or gas customers who has been with us for 3 years or more to be eligible for Your Loyalty Plan Tariff. To understand more about Your Loyalty Plan Tariff eligibility please see the Terms and Conditions
How can I apply for the Your Loyalty Plan Tariff?
If you're eligible for the Your Loyalty Price Plan, you'll receive an email giving you the opportunity to sign up. Simply follow the directions in the email you receive from Bord Gáis Energy to activate Your Loyalty Price Plan and start saving.
Make sure your details are up to date
To make sure you receive the email invitation to sign up for the Your Loyalty Price Plan, please ensure that your email address is included in your account contact details and that you're opted in for email marketing. You can update these details when you sign in to your online account, or if you don't have an online account you can register in just a few quick steps.Sign in or Register
It may take up to more than 7 days to apply this new tariff, but the effective date will be the date you have signed up for it.
