What impact does AQ and SPC have on my price plan?

Changes in your forecast can result in a change of tariff.

It looks like my tariff is changing, what happens if I’m in contract?

FVT customers;
If you’re currently an FVT customer, you can contact your Key Account Manager to discuss your contract options.
If you are moving to an FVT tariff, we will be in touch again October with the details of your new price plan.

MBU & SBU customers;
If you’re in a current contract with us that is due to expire after the 30th September this year, and the changes in AQ and SPC mean you’ll change tariff, we will move you to an equivalent contract to ensure continued great value. Don’t worry we will be in touch again in October with the details.

Please note: you won’t be charged an early exit fee if your contract changes due to AQSPC.
If you’re currently in contract with us which expires before the 30th September this year, and you choose not to renew at this time, we will move to your new price plan from the 1st of October.

Unless you wish to query your forecast settings, you don’t need to take any action.
If there are any further changes to your current price plan, we’ll be in touch with you again in October with the details. If not, your new forecast settings will be implemented from the 1st of October.
