Am I currently paying by Level Pay?

To find out if you're currently paying by Level Pay, you can check your online account or your most recent bill. 

Check your online account

  1. Sign in to your online account.
  2. Select either your gas or electricity account.
  3. Take a look at the blue box on your account dashboard. You'll see 'Level Pay' beside 'Payment Type' if you are set up on Level Pay. 

You can also scroll down further to the 'Latest Bill' section, in the 'Bills & Activity' tab. If your payment type is Level Pay, you'll see your next three payment amounts listed here under 'Next Payments'.

Check your latest bill

On your latest bill, take a look at the blue box on the right-hand side. If you're paying by Level Pay, the message underneath your outstanding balance will read 'Your monthly Level Pay Direct Debit will continue to be taken as normal', as shown below:

You'll also see a list of your upcoming payments at the bottom of your bill, in your 'Bill Breakdown' section, underneath the total bill amount.
