How do I add another person to my account?

We have listed below different options available, you will need to submit a query and confirm which option option you are requesting. Please have your account details to hand to allow us to verify this change.

  • Amending a correspondence name
  • Adding a nominated user*
  • Adding a joint account holder*

*A nominated user will be able to access your account on your behalf. You must provide consent on the call for this user to be added.

*A joint account holder will have joint ownership and responsibility for the account. They must be present on the call to provide authorisation.
