How do I cancel a scheduled payment?
You can cancel a scheduled payment on your online account.
To cancel a scheduled payment follow the steps:
- Sign in to your online account. Don’t have an account? You can register now.
- On 'My accounts' page, select the account you want to cancel the scheduled payment for.
- Click on the 'Payments' tab.
- Select 'scheduled card payment'.
- You’ll see the details of your current scheduled payment. Click ‘Cancel’ and confirm.
Please note:
- You can set up a new scheduled payment at any time.
- These steps only apply to cancelling scheduled card payments.
