How do I cancel a scheduled payment?

You can cancel a scheduled payment on your online account.

To cancel a scheduled payment follow the steps:

  1. Sign in to your online account. Don’t have an account? You can register now.
  2. On 'My accounts' page, select the account you want to cancel the scheduled payment for.
  3. Click on the 'Payments' tab. 
  4. Select 'scheduled card payment'.
     
  5. You’ll see the details of your current scheduled payment. Click ‘Cancel’ and confirm.

 Please note: 

  • You can set up a new scheduled payment at any time.
  • These steps only apply to cancelling scheduled card payments.
