How do I cancel a scheduled payment?

You can cancel a scheduled payment on your online account.

To cancel a scheduled payment, follow the below steps:

  1. Sign in to your online account.
  2. Select the account you wish to cancel the scheduled payment on (gas or electricity).
  3. From the main account dashboard, go to the Payment Options tab.
  4. Select the ‘Scheduled card payment’ option.
  5. Here you’ll see the details of your scheduled payment. To cancel, click ‘Cancel’.

You can set up a new scheduled payment at any time.
