To qualify for an SEAI grant under the Better Energy Homes (BEH) programme, ensure your home meets the following criteria:
- Technical assessment: A mandatory assessment by a Registered Technical Advisor ensures your home is suitable for a heat pump. Need an advisor? Register here with us.
- Home improvements: Based on the assessment, you may need to make improvements to reduce heat loss, aiming for a Heat Loss Indicator (HLI) of 2 or less.
- SEAI grant application: After completing the assessment and improvements, you can apply for your SEAI grant.

- Site survey: Our engineer will assess your home’s requirements, recommend the best heat pump model, and provide a detailed breakdown of costs and work involved.
- Installation: Once you approve the quote and pay a 50% deposit, we’ll schedule your installation. Our efficient team will complete the installation within a week.
- Potential upgrades: To maximise efficiency, we may recommend upgrades to your pipework or radiators. We’ll provide transparent costs and discuss all details with you upfront.
