How do I check the balance on my account?
If you have an online account you can login and view the amount on the last bill and any transactions since that bill was issued. If you don’t have an online account you can register now.
Alternatively, you can contact our Business Direct Team through our online query form to request the balance on your account. You will need your account name, account number and GPRN/MPRN, which are located at the top of your bill.
