What do the graphs mean on my online account?
These graphs will allow you to view your electricity cost and consumption. You will have the ability to analyse and understand your daily energy usage and costs over time.
There are three different views in which you can choose from to view your cost and consumption data.
- Daily; shows your electricity cost and consumption per day
- Weekly; shows your electricity cost and consumption per seven-day period
- Monthly; shows your electricity cost and consumption per calendar month
To view these graphs and adjust the views above, follow these quick steps.
Please note that this online function is only available to customers who are on one of the following Smart tariffs:
- Live Smart tariff
- Bespoke Smart tariff
