What is a Smart Standard tariff?

A Smart Standard tariff is one of the price plans which we offer for customers who already have a Smart meter installed. This is a non-interval tariff and is split into three different time bands:

Rate Rate	Time band Time band
Rate Day	Time band 8am to 5pm and 7pm to 11pm
Rate Night	Time band 11pm to 8am
Rate Peak	Time band 5pm to 7pm

Each time period has its own price for the electricity, which means you can choose to do more at the time that costs less. Your Smart meter data will be collected every two months, and you'll be billed every two months.
