Why am I not eligible for all of your smart tariffs?

If you've recently had your smart meter installed, it can take up to 30 days to determine the remote connectivity of your smart meter.

If you check back after the 30 days, we can then confirm what smart tariffs are available to you. You can also complete our Get a Quote webform and we will arrange a call back to discuss your smart options. Click here for more information on our business smart tariffs.

Please note: Some smart tariffs are dependent upon the remote connectivity of your smart meter, this is determined by ESB Networks. If your smart meter has lower remote connectivity, we can provide you with Standard Smart tariff but your smart meter may not be eligible for other smart Time of Use (TOU) tariffs.
