Will you contact me before my contract ends?

We contact business customers 4-6 weeks before their contract ends. We'll contact you by phone call or letter to inform you of your contract end date and to discuss your options.

You can view your contract end date at any time by checking your latest bill. You'll see your contract end date in the top-right corner, underneath your account number and plan name. This applies to all bills issued since 20 June 2023.

Please note: if you signed up to a contract with Bord Gáis Energy via a broker, please contact your broker to discuss your contract end date and your options.
