Payment Plan - Expression of Interest

Payment Plan - Expression of Interest Form

If you're having difficulty paying your bill, a payment plan may be a suitable option for you. A payment plan allows you to make regular payments to pay an outstanding balance on your account. On a payment plan you can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Payments can be made online, by phone or using the BGE App.

Important information about payment plans
  • A payment plan is to help you pay your current outstanding balance. It does not cover future consumption.
  • Payment plans that are monthly will have their first payment within a month from when the payment plan is created.
  • Payment plans that are weekly or fortnightly will have their first payment within a week from when the payment plan is created.
  • You'll receive a reminder SMS text message two days before you're due to make a payment on your payment plan.
  • If you pay your bills by Direct Debit, your Direct Debit payments will continue to be processed for future bills.
  • Setting up and maintaining your payment plan means we will stop any collections activity on your account and your supply is not at risk, but you must maintain your repayments.
