Terms and Conditions

*Electricity Level Pay Paperless T&C's

The discount is off our standard electricity unit rates for 12 months. 5% discount thereafter. You must continue to pay by Level Pay Direct Debit and receive Paperless bills to continue to receive discounts. Our prices may vary during the contract.

** Fixed Rate Energy Plan T&C's

The rate and contract are fixed for 12 or 24 months from the Contract Start Date. An early exit fee of €50 will apply if you cancel the contract before the end of the fixed term. You will be put on our standard variable rate after the fixed term contact finishes. You must continue to pay by Direct Debit. Existing Bord Gáis Energy customers currently receiving discounts will lose these discounts.
