How do I sign up to a smart price plan?

To sign up to a smart plan, you'll first need to have a smart meter installed. 

Once you've a smart meter installed, you can view and compare our smart plans here or you can find a plan matched to your needs here.

Please have your 11-digit MPRN to hand. to hand, as we'll need to verify that you have a smart meter and that it has a suitable connection level for the type of price plan you choose.

Please note that Level Pay is not available for smart plans. If you're paying your bills through Level Pay and switch to a smart tariff, your Level Pay agreement will end and your total balance will be calculated and included in your first smart bill.  If any balance is owed, this will be collected in full in your next direct debit payment.
