What’s included

• An annual service reminder
• 12-month labour cover up to €300
• Priority breakdown assistance

On the day 

• An adult over 18 must be present
• €30 fee applies if we can’t access the property 
• The engineer will advise if extra costs apply (€25/15mins)
• Boiler suitability for this plan will be checked 
• 12 month cover begins on service completion
• For 14 day right to cancel (section 3.4) and our complaints process(section 16) and all other terms governing this order please see Terms and Conditions
• To best protect your pet from any potential dangers, we would kindly ask that you remove your pet from the room the engineer is working in for the period of time they are working in your property
