Can I change my bill frequency?

If you're on one of the following tariffs and wish to change your bill frequency from two months to monthly or vice versa, simply get in touch with us by submitting an online query:

  • Electric Vehicle (EV) Smart Tariff
  • Discount Weekend Smart Residential Variable Tariff
  • Free Time Saturday/Sunday Tariff

Please note: If you're a Residential Variable Standard Smart tariff customer, you'll receive your bill every two months and will not be able to change this frequency.
