How can I view my Smart Pay As You Go usage?

You can view your Smart Pay As You Go usage on your online account.

To view your smart Pay As You Go usage online follow the steps:

  1. Sign in to your online account. Don’t have an account? You can register now.
  2. On the ‘My Accounts’ page, select the account you want to view.
  3. From 'Overview', scroll down until ‘Energy used’ tab.
  4. You can then view your smart usage in the smart usage graph.

The Bord Gáis Energy mobile app is not currently available for Smart Pay As You Go customers.
