How do I check my balance?

The quickest way to check your account balance is to sign in to your online account. Don’t worry if you don’t have an online account yet – it’s easy to register. You will just need your account number and MPRN/GPRN number to hand – click here to get started.

Once you've signed in, you’ll see a list of your accounts.

  1. Click on the account you want to check.
  2. From the main dashboard, you'll see your latest bill, your account balance and when your next payment is due.
  3. To view your account balance, look at the blue box on the left-hand side.
  4. Depending on your payment type and bill cycle, you can see if any payments are due or if you’re up to date. You can also see your account balance, listed under ‘A/C Balance’.

Please note:

  • If you have made a recent payment that is not reflected on your latest bill, you can view your payment history on your online account.
  • If you've made a payment online, via our app, SMS or the IVR, it can take up to 1 working day to appear on your account.
  • If you’ve made a payment in a post office or retail store, it can take up to 3 working days to appear on your account.
