How do I check my balance?

The quickest way to check your account balance is to sign in to your online account. If you don’t have an online account yet – click here to register. You'll just need your account number and MPRN/GPRN number.

You can also check your balance using our automated phone service, just dial 01 611 0172.

To check your balance online, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in.
  2. From the accounts list, click on the account you want to check.   
  3. From the main dashboard, you'll see your latest bill, your account balance and when your next payment is due.
  4. To view your account balance, look at the blue box on the left-hand side.
  5. Depending on your payment type and bill cycle, you can see if any payments are due or if you’re up to date. You can also see your account balance, listed under ‘A/C Balance’.

Please note:

  • If you've made a recent payment that's not reflected on your latest bill, you can view your payment history on your online account.
  • If you've made a payment online, via our app, SMS or the IVR, it can take up to 1 working day to appear on your account. 
  • If you’ve made a payment in a post office or retail store, it can take up to 3 working days to appear on your account.

Direct Debit

In the above example, the customer pays via Direct Debit:

  • They have no outstanding payments.
  • They have an account balance of €0.00.

Level Pay

In the above example, the customer is using Level Pay:

  • They have an outstanding payment of €113.74 which will be taken on the specified date.
  • Their account is in credit, with a balance of €169.72 (Please note: CR stands for credit).

Cash

In the above example, the customer pays using cash:

  • They have no outstanding payments.
  • Their account is in credit, with a balance of €159.13 (Please note: CR stands for credit).

Estimate your spend since your last bill
