How do I check the balance on my account?

If you've an online account, you can sign in to view the amount on your last bill, and view any transactions since that bill was issued. If you don’t have an online account, you can register now

Alternatively, you can contact our Business Direct Team through our online query form to request the balance on your account. You'll need your account name, account number and GPRN/MPRN, which are located at the top of your bill.
