How do I register for an online account?

Registering for an online account is quick and easy. Once you have the below details, you can register here.

  • Account number
    This is a 10-digit number located on the top right-hand corner of your bill. If it begins with zero, please include this when entering your account number.
  • MPRN/GPRN
    This is located on the top right-hand corner of your bill, just below the account number. The MPRN is 11 digits long and the GPRN is 7 digits long. If it begins with zero, please include this when entering your MPRN/GPRN.
  • Last 4 digits of your phone number
    This is the last 4 digits of the phone number that you've provided for your account.
  • Email address
    Your sign in details will be sent to this email address, and it will be used for all electronic communication.

Once the registration is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link for you to set your password. It's really important to complete this step and sign in to your online account within 48 hours of receiving the email, as the link expires for security purposes.

If you're unable to register, this may be because:

  • You're already registered for an online account with the email address you provided. In this instance, try using the Forgot Password function to reset your password.
  • The account number and MPRN/GPRN combination didn't match.  
  • The telephone number provided doesn't match our records.

Please note that online account management is not currently available for Pay As You Go customers.
