How much does a heat pump installation cost?

*4kW Monoblock Heat Pump with a 200L Cylinder tank, supplied and fitted, including VAT. This would be the recommended system for a typical family of 4 living in a 100m2, 3 bed semi-detached house.

**Air to Water Grant for homes upgrading from fossil fuel boilers, excluding apartments. Subject to SEAI terms for eligibility.

Please note:

• Thie figures above are approximate costs. After completing a survey of your property, our engineers will recommend the best heat pump for you, and will confirm the costs involved before any works take place. 
• The figures above exclude any upgrades to radiators. Our surveyors will advise if existing radiators are suitable. Where upgrades to radiators are required, customers can avail of up to €2,000 additional grant support.
• To qualify for a SEAI heat pump system grant, your home must be well insulated and have low heat loss, which will ensure your heat pump system performs well.

Before you apply for a SEAI heat pump system grant, you must select an independent, SEAI Registered Technical Advisor. They’ll carry out a technical assessment of your home, and will advise you on what steps you need to take to make your home heat pump ready.
