I am already a customer, how do I switch to a smart price plan?

To avail of a smart plan, you'll first need to have a smart meter installed. Once you've a smart meter installed, you can sign up to a smart plan through any of the following options:

  • Sign in to your online account. Once you've selected your electricity account, click the 'Smart plans for you' button that appears at the top of your screen and follow the steps.

  • If you don't have an online account, you can register.
  • Alternatively, please visit our plans section online. 

You'll need to have your MPRN to hand, so we can verify that you have a smart meter and it has a suitable connection level for the price plan you choose.

Please note that Level Pay is not available for smart plans. If you're paying your bills through Level Pay and switch to a smart tariff, your Level Pay agreement will end and your total balance will be calculated and included in your first smart bill.  If any balance is owed, this will be collected in full in your next direct debit payment.
