Yes! If you are a Special / Priority Services customer and have a Pay As You Go (PAYG) meter, please contact us if the PAYG meter is no longer suitable for you e.g if you can no longer access the meter or a top-up outlet. We will arrange to have a normal, credit meter fitted (free of charge).
- Special Services customers with a credit meter will not be disconnected for non-payment between November and March.
- Priority customers with a credit meter will not be disconnected for non-payment at any time of the year.
This will not apply if you are on a PAYG meter.
