I have received a disconnection warning message, how can I stop my account from being disconnected?

You must top up by the 'Stay Connected' amount to avoid disconnection.

If your account balance reaches zero or below, we'll send you a warning message. This message will contain a 'Stay Connected' amount. The 'Stay Connected' amount is the minimum amount you must top up by to avoid disconnection.  

You must top up within 21 hours of receiving an urgent disconnection alert to avoid disconnection.  

Please note: you can be disconnected between 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Your account won’t be disconnected after 4pm on weekdays, on weekends or fixed date bank holidays. This is called a Friendly Credit period.
