My card is faulty but still has credit on it, what do I do?
See the information below on how to reclaim unused credit from a faulty Pay as You Go gas card.
To receive a refund for the credit on your gas card, please send us the following:
- The faulty card
- The receipt for the top up
- A note to advise what happened/what issue is occurring

If there's credit on the card, a notification is sent to Payzone, and you'll receive the credit during their next vend. If there's no credit on the card, we may contact you to request further details.
Faulty gas cards are not returned, so you must purchase a replacement card at a Payzone outlet. Click here to see a list of Payzone outlets that provide gas cards (select 'Natural Gas Cards').
