Meter not available at the property
For Gas:

If there is no meter at the property, we'll arrange to fit a meter on your behalf through Gas Networks Ireland. You'll need a declaration of conformance from a Registered Gas Installer before the meter can be fitted. Your installer must also confirm that all the internal pipe work is in order before the meter can be fitted.

If there is no gas mains supply you will need to contact Gas Networks Ireland to arrange connection to the network.

For Electricity:

If there is no meter at the property you will need to contact ESB networks to have a meter installed.

Once your meter is installed, you can view and compare our plans, or you can find a plan matched to your needs. We'll need the following information when you join:

  • Your name and new address
  • Your contact details (phone number or email address)
  • Your GPRN/MPRN (Gas/Meter Point Reference Number) from the top right of your bill
